Every customer’s problem is unique, and therefore requires a detailed and exclusive analysis beginning with identifying and determining the needs, aims and wishes of a customer.

The price for our services depends directly on the size and complexity of a debt, on the term of recovery, on the debtor’s solvency and other important factors. By mutual agreement, the debt recovery agency receives a conditional fee, the amount of which can fluctuate between 2% and 50%.
